Greg Ladeveze is the Vice President of Finance at Frostwood Energy and is responsible for all financial operations to include financial planning, analysis and structure regarding the company’s acquisitions and ongoing activities.
Prior to joining Frostwood, Greg was a Director with Scotia Waterous’ oil and gas investment banking group focused primarily on sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory. During his four years at Scotia, Greg advised on over $5 billion of transactions throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Prior to his role with Scotia, Greg was a Vice President with Morgan Keegan & Co. in the firm’s Energy Investment Banking Group where he was responsible for the origination and execution of a wide range of capital markets and M&A activities for clients in the energy sector. At Morgan Keegan, Mr. Ladeveze also coordinated financing and advisory assignments with affiliates Albrecht & Associates and Regions Bank.
Prior to Morgan Keegan, Greg was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Energy and Power Investment Banking Group for over three and a half years where he executed mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financing transactions totaling more than $15 billion.
Prior to his investment banking career, Greg served five years in the United States Army and is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Greg received an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in management and systems engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
